Fantastic Bike Store!!!I bought my first hard tail from there a few weeks ago and I was amazied with the service. Gareth the owner, was happy to spend the best part of an hour helping me find the right bike and helmet that suited me. And even when I came to pick up the bike the team were still more than happy to spend time adjusting the bike to suit me and give me further advise. They have a fantastic range of bikes to choose from and happy to go the extra mile. I look forward to my future return visits to the store. Thanks Guys!
Excellant service ive had from your selfs as after the blke was serviced it was like new also the explantion of what was done was brilliant customer service was excellant this should be said loudly as we often dont give credit were it due
I purchased a used road bike in October, it was my first road bike and the advice i got from them was pricless!Unfortunately the bike developed a noise on the rear wheel at the start of January and when i spoken to them on the phone they told me to drop it off Saturday morning and they would sort it by the end of the day! When i collected the bike Mat explained what the issue was and also gave me some tips and advice on other items of the bike and there was no charge for the repair.As a novice I benefited so much from just talking to the staff and highly recommend Evolution Bikes.
Blew a rear tyre on my Stumpjumper whilst on hols in Anglesey. Dropped into Evolution Bikes, staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a rear tyre which they fitted for me with sealant within 10 mins. Fab customer service, can't rate them highly enough !!!
Went in for a bike repair and the mechanic wouldn't even look at the bike! " We have 2 months worth of work". Wont use them again.
