That one star is too generous this was the first time Ive had to complain to customer services and get a full refund from Halfords Autocentres manager was very argumentative at one point thought he was going to jump over the counter. He was like a rabies ridden dog! Why? Because I let themKnow in the week that my car would need a new wishbone. Simple! He was arguing saying he doesnt listen to customers diagnosis, ok if the customer doesnt know about cars but my brother in law being an AA mechanic Im sure I can trust him!Anyway had a refund from customer care and an investigation underway I then called in at Halfords Autocentre in Llandudno wanting to prove the Bangor manager wrong I agreed for their mechanics to have a look at the car. And they confirmed a new wishbone was needed! Can see why they are short staffed in Bangor. Who would want to work with a manager like that! I know I wouldnt
