Rude , unfriendly and judgemental receptionist. Can never get an appointment there even when you ring first thing in the morning.
The receptionists at this practice are incredibly rude and prejudiced. When I registered, they demanded a Biometric Residence Permit because the receptionist assumed I was a foreigner because I am black. I found the whole experience shocking. When I tried to book an appointment, I was met by yet another rude receptionist. These guys are very unproffessional. I am now looking for a new GP practice.
I need regular injections and Im nearly 4 weeks late on one and 2 weeks late on the other simply because you can only book on the day, the person who does injections is only available two days a week and even on days where I turn up at 8 to book an appointment, he can still be booked up for weeks. Its been incredibly upsetting and stressful. However, I will say the staff are often nice and all the doctors Ive spoken to have been great.
Receptionists are so rude and dont have available appointments. Hard to make an appointment to get in. Not what you want to deal with when youre sick.
Absolute joke of a doctors surgery. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful and doctors do not take patients seriously.Sufferer from athsma and have been refused a flu jab before now.Wont allow any medication on repeat prescription unless its medication you use everyday (well sometimes i dont need my inhaler everyday) and only way to get it on repeat is to come in and see a nurse, utter waste of time!Very apprehensive to go in and speak to a doctor about mental health due to the lack of care.Will be changing to another doctors sugery asap.
