This is by far the worst retail experience of my life. I took my phone into the shop to be repaired as the battery would not charge. There was a single crack across the screen when I took it in, however this did not affect the touchscreen phone function in anyway. When I went back to collect the phone, they told me I needed a new screen because the touchscreen function did not work. I was not happy with this, but I agreed to a replacement screen. When I went back a second time, they gave me the phone wrapped in Sellotape. I was told the reason for the Sellotape was the glue holding the covers had not set! I was in a rush to collect the kids from school, so I took the phone home, put it on charge for 24 hours with the Sellotape still on. When the battery had charged, I took the Sellotape off the cover was protruding 5 mm away from the casing. The battery they had replaced had inflated like a balloon and obviously the phone still did not work. I took the phone back and they said they would replace the battery and fix the cover. I went back to get my phone when they said they had repaired it. Again, I charged it for 24 hours. This time I could not get any reception with the phone were previously there had been four bar reception. After two days the battery once again would not hold any charge. I took it back and once again, they said they would replace the battery and fix the antenna to resolve the signal issue. I have just got the phone back for the third time and the cover is still not fitted properly with a 1 mm gap on one side and there is still no signal on the phone. One of the waterproof cover caps from the side portals is also missing. They said they would fix it again! I was amazed they expected me to give a very expensive phone to them for a fourth time, so they could have another go at fixing it! I asked for a full refund. They refused to give me a refund unless I gave them the phone back, so they could take the replacement screen off, put the old broken screen on and put the old battery back in!!!!!!! They did not at any time in this period have the courtesy to call me when the phone was, in their eyes fixed I have been extremely patient over the last four weeks, without my phone but enough is enough. I will now be pursuing them for a full refund and compensation for their utter incompetence. It is safe to say I will not be recommending this service to anybody.
