If you're not like myself, who detests waiting, you'll be there the next morning....seriously you'll be waiting at least 4 hours to be seen by a nurse who will assess your injuries. If they feel you're ok they won't send you to the next stage of car which is to see an actual DOCTOR. From my own personal experience it's DANGEROUS!!! My feet were both broken along with my arm. I was in so much pain it was inhuman. We drove to a different hospital 40miles away near Chester! to receive the treatment . It's not always this chaotic, in their defence it is the Summer holidays and they get a huge over spill of patients during our beautiful summer. Good luck to all, stay safe and remember to take a small medical bag with you containing the usual and please include vinegar it's uses are endless from neutralising bee and wasp stings going forward to the dreaded jelly fish's. Book luck enjoy your holidays, stay safe and well.

Excellent service. Didn't have to wait to long in A&E considering it was a weekend. Staff are very helpful and friendly . Nice that there is a play area and books for children

Excellent service from the moment we called the ambulance. 30 minutes after dialling 999 we were in the Accident and Emergency Unit receiving treatment. Full marks to the Emergency Operator, Ambulance Crew, Nurses, Doctors and Ancillary Staff in A&E.
