Good selection, but pricey
Very helpful. Good range, and staff seem to know their stuff.
Acceptable, just that. Staff very friendly but not as knowledgeable as would have been helpful. And never great to force customers to buy a half case of wine or nothing. I'd probably have spent more on 3 bottles by 50% than I ended up spending on the mandatory six, cheapr as a result of quantity, probable, overall spend by customer greater, definitely not.
We don't really know much about wine but wanted to start trying different ones. The gentleman at the store was fantastic and chose 6 different bottles for us. Unfortunately we hated one, under the no quibble guarantee we took it back, and once again fantastic customer service. Can't wait to spend our new customer voucher.
Great service and excellent choice of wine and craft ales. Assistant was extremely knowledgable about wines and suggested a very nice red.
