I went to pick up my order from Bangor north Wales pets at home and one of my packages had been damaged in transit and because of this not only did I get the one I ordered but I'll also be getting a second identical one free of charge! What wonderful service, the staff have always been so helpful in all the time I have been shopping there for our labradors, I have only praise and thanks for the help and service I have always received.
Had fun looking around the store and fantasizing about owning many of the fluffy little animals. Found a box of treats for my dog which have lasted a long time and will definitely be returning for them.
Some staff very friendly but others do a rushed job and do not fill health card details at the vets correctly then you are left there stranded waiting and they don't come back?presentation is,in my opinion very important. Then other staff have to correct their mistakes.
