The regulars are friendlier than they look. The toilet seat is always down.

It's a real gym has vending machines and has 24hr access what more could you ask for

Brilliant gym. Lots of very experienced power lifters, lovely crowd and good music to lift to.

Great little gym. 24 access once you're a member. There are squat racks, punch bags, ropes, bench, cables etc. Haven't been for a while but hope to return soon. (Adam Quaeck)

Awesome powerlifting gym. Good equipment, has other types of barbells. Bit full after work hours but that is to be expected.
