what I feel is excellent. here is good for student cause safety and comfort. they have lots of property are close to the main art building or supermarket. it is very convenience for students to living.if we have any problem they will help us fix the problem as soon as possible.
It is very comfortable to live in first living accommondation. In my living place, there have very complete set of furnitures. I'm a student in Bangor and i just need 5 minutes to arrive to the classroom from my room. The price is very favorable. I'm very happy to live in there.
I was with First Living for 2 years, from 2016 to 2018, and lived in two different flats. Both of them were really nice and affordable. Sarena and Tahawar were absolutely lovely and always super helpful. Any issues that occurred they would fix straight away. In the first flat we had an issue with water leaking from the flat above which was fixed and we were also provided with a brand new washer/dryer when ours broke. In the second, damage was done to the roof during a storm and that was fixed immediately with very little disruption to myself. Enjoyed my stay with them as they left me undisturbed unless it was important. Would definitely recommend them as landlords!
Great company. Stayed in one of the Holyhead Road properties for a year, huge bedroom and bed, cosy little two bed with a full kitchen and shower room feels spacious for just two. All bills included so did not have to worry about setting up utilities. Washing machine or tumble dryer was a bit old when we moved in, Lanlord bought a brand new washing/tumble dryer which freed a space compered to two machines.Any issues were dealt with quickly.
First Living were brilliant agents. They were very helpful and found us a very nice flat. Anything that needed fixing was fixed as soon as possible, including helping us to fix our boiler on a Saturday morning! The flat itself was good quality and a reasonable price. I would very happily recommend them to anyone.
