Perfect. Friendly staff, clean reasonably prized room. Breakfast is what youd expect.
Very helpful staff and the place is amazing with greenery everywhere even though we were there during winter.Breakfast wasn't fancy it did not have many options. They remove it at 9am! First hotel in my life to have the breakfast REMOVED by 9 am! Oh and they keep on changing the timing so funnyRoom was too small the tv was so old with not much channels.Very noisy corridoors we could hear every single step and any cough or sneeze!The scenery was so beautiful outside and the lobby has the most practical place for work and coffee but it could get hectic and suddenly they would kick the guests out for a staff meeting or other functions!!!No favilities in the place and bangor itself is a very small city with day-life style not much to do downthere.
The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful. The University is gorgeous with a great location. The restaurant 1884 is what really stood out. The chickpea and artichoke curry with lavender rice was an absolute dream and the service was impeccable. I hope to be back soon :)
11 of us spent a night here to celebrate my sister turning 40.It was an absolute treat from arrival to departure. Iron, board and hairdryer in every room Breakfast included Excellent location (we were off to ZipWorld) Breathtaking viewsBut... the amazing staff topped all of the above! Outstanding service from the front of house team and everyone in the restaurant (1884). Table last minute.All sat togetherBalloons and a cakeSent us to all the best places for the rest of the evening.Thanks so much for a perfect stay.We will be back!
Good size room (was given twin room but booked double room, not an issue for me though), good choice at breakfast, quick check in and check out.
