We had a terrible time trying to buy a property through them. They had no knowledge of the property and the questions we asked were never answered. It took three weeks of asking before we got feedback on the information we wanted. Whilst in Wales we were shown round properties by five different Estate agents and all the others I would rate 5 star for there knowledge and enthusiasm.We eventually put a bid in and our bid was only used to get the priced pushed up by another viewer. Even after they got an offer from the other bidder of around the asking price, they got in touch with us to see if we would go up further. I think it's about time they made gazumping illegal! I declined, as I wouldn't be drawn in to a bidding war.Typical sales people who's only love is money and not customer care.Do not use them!If I had read the reviews they receive, I wouldn't of gone through them in the first place. PS It's a pity they didn't make as much effort when they were showing us around, as they did to replying to my review. How can you say my wife was "understanding", I am sat with her now and she's more upset than I am.
